HOW IAESTE WORKS
Our
practical service includes provision of work permits, visa
assistance and help with accommodation.
IAESTE
services are free of charge but employers are expected to pay their
trainees a salary at least equivalent to the minimum wage.
During
the summer months a cultural and social programme is arranged for
IAESTE students working in Cyprus.
IAESTE
plays a vital role in the career development of the engineers,
scientists and architects of tomorrow, giving them international
experience and the drive to contribute more when they graduate and
enter the workplace.
For
every student from overseas placed with a Cypriot employer IAESTE
Cyprus is able to send yet another student abroad through our
exchange programme.
